Welcome to Our Class!
This is your home page for our class. This is our classroom and the place where we will meet. We have a lot to cover and the time will go by quickly so plan to check in to this page every day. I will be adding content and comments several times a week.
Even though this is an online class, it is not self-paced. There is a schedule to follow and a calendar with smaller assignments or “milestones” to accomplish. Think of this as a journey that we are on together in becoming better writers together.
Our Goal-
We will be writing four essays, from those essays two will be refined and submitted in a portfolio. This is your best work and it will be submitted to a team of professors who will evaluate what you have written. There is one short essay and one long essay, at least one of them will need to have outside sources and show research. All of the essays have be analytical and expository. We will learn how to write college level essays that show analysis and research about several topics.
